The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a results-oriented leader, comfortable moving seamlessly from developing integrated marketing strategies across conferences, digital channels, campaigns, and events, to hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all efforts align with business objectives and drive high-quality outcomes.

Senior Account Executive, Midwest Region

We’re looking for a mission-aligned Senior Account Executive to lead our expansion across the Midwest. You’ll play a central role in expanding our footprint across schools and districts, from initial outreach through pilot design and long-term collaboration. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on building strategic relationships with school and district leaders, guiding them through pilots, procurement, and implementation at scale.

We are seeking multiple, motivated and mission-driven individuals to join our team as School Engagement Partners. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial role in expanding Colleague AI’s reach by connecting with educators, administrators, and decision-makers at schools and districts. Your primary focus will be to identify potential school partnerships, introduce them to Colleague AI’s solutions, and support them in exploring how AI can be used responsibly to enhance teaching and learning.

Marketing Internship at Colleague AI (Paid Position)

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, social media, content creation, community engagement, and technology entrepreneurship. The intern will work closely with the founding team to support various initiatives aimed at increasing our brand presence and engagement within the K-12 education sector. This intern will be mentored by industrial veterans in technology marketing.
