School Engagement Partner/Sales Lead for Colleague AI (Part-Time, Remote)

Job Overview

We are seeking multiple, motivated and mission-driven individuals to join our team as School Engagement Partners. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial role in expanding Colleague AI’s reach by connecting with educators, administrators, and decision-makers at schools and districts. Your primary focus will be to identify potential school partnerships, introduce them to Colleague AI’s solutions, and support them in exploring how AI can be used responsibly to enhance teaching and learning.
This role is ideal for education professionals, EdTech enthusiasts, and those passionate about improving K-12 education.

Key Responsibilities

– Identify and engage with K-12 schools, educators, and district leaders to introduce Colleague AI.
– Develop and maintain relationships with school decision-makers.
– Schedule and conduct introductory meetings, presentations, and demos (as needed).
– Gather insights on schools’ technology needs and relay feedback to the Colleague AI team.
– Support schools in exploring Colleague AI’s offerings and potential implementation.
– Collaborate with the team on outreach strategies to maximize impact.

Compensation

Base Pay: Competitive hourly rate for administrative tasks, partner research, and outreach.
Performance-Based Bonuses: Substantial compensations for each school/system that signs up for a demo, engages in a follow-up, or adopts Colleague AI.

Qualifications

– Passion for K-12 education, AI, and educational technology.
– Experience in teaching, school administration, EdTech sales, community engagement, or outreach is preferred.
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
– Comfortable reaching out to educators and school decision-makers.
– Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Desired Skills

– Knowledge of K-12 education systems and common school challenges.
– Ability to clearly explain technology solutions to educators.
– Having strong school networks, outreach, or sales is a plus.
